Thirty years of splendor, setting sail toward the future!

On April 21, 2025, marking the 30th entrepreneurial anniversary of Mr. Zhou Wenhua, founder of Qianghua Co., Ltd., the company grandly held a themed team building and commendation event titled Thirty Years of Splendor, Sailing Toward the Future, celebrating its extraordinary journey of forge-ahead development over the past three decades.

The event aimed to review the company’s development course, recognize outstanding contributors, further unite the team, and inspire all employees to march hand in hand toward an even more brilliant future.

All staff gathered in the conference room on the 5th floor of Qianghua Co., Ltd.’s Lingang New Factory to attend the grand celebration themed Thirty Years of Splendor, Sailing Toward the Future.

Founder Mr. Zhou Wenhua emotionally reviewed his entrepreneurial journey, starting from his entry into the quartz manufacturing industry in 1986 to the official establishment of his business from 1995 to the present.

On April 21, 1999, Qianghua Quartz was officially registered and established, sowing the seeds for industrial development.

On February 21, 2009, Qianghua Industrial came into being, injecting new momentum into the company’s growth.

April 21, 2025 marks not only the milestone of Mr. Zhou Wenhua’s 30 years of entrepreneurship, but also a glorious testimony to the 26-year journey of Qianghua Quartz and the 16-year development of Qianghua Industrial. It also stands as a new strategic starting point for the official commissioning of the Lingang New Factory.

Over the past thirty years of trials and hardships, Qianghua Co., Ltd. has achieved a magnificent transformation from technological breakthroughs to industrial innovation. Through continuous innovation and relentless exploration, the company has successfully entered the high-end semiconductor manufacturing sector, with its quartz components certified by renowned FAB manufacturers including SMIC.

Meanwhile, the company has completed the shareholding system reform and implemented the core employee equity incentive plan. Leveraging capital resources, it has kicked off global layout, constructed new production bases, and launched cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

From its early founding in Minhang, to expansion in Jinshan, and now to vigorous development in Lingang toward the global stage, Qianghua Co., Ltd. always adheres to its vision of becoming a leading domestic and global supplier of semiconductor components.

In the future, the company will continue to deeply engage in the high-end quartz sector, strengthen the full-chain capabilities of R&D, manufacturing and services, and strive to deliver higher-quality material solutions for the global semiconductor industry.

During the special session of the celebration, the company held a grand commendation ceremony for senior employees with more than ten years of service, acknowledging their dedication and commitment as they have stood side by side with Qianghua Co., Ltd. and grown together through thick and thin.

Chairman Zhou Wenhua remarked emotionally:

On the day of the event, all employees of Qianghua Co., Ltd. gathered by the Dianshan Lake to embark on a round-lake team building tour. Some rode shared bicycles and sped forward against the wind, while others walked in groups to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace.

Amid the pleasant atmosphere of shimmering lake waves and gentle spring breeze, employees relaxed both body and mind. Meanwhile, they enhanced team tacit understanding amid laughter and joy, fully demonstrating the positive and uplifting spirit of all Qianghua staff.

At the appreciation dinner held at 18:00, Chairman Zhou Wenhua raised a toast to thank all Qianghua staff for their enthusiastic participation.

He remarked affectionately:

"Over the past thirty years of journey, it is the dedication and hard work of every member of Qianghua that have forged our achievements today."

Looking ahead, Chairman Zhou emphasized with full confidence:
